Is this therapy?
No. Individual skill-building sessions are not therapy, counselling, or an assessment. It focuses on practical skill-building, regulation, and strategies for everyday life.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No diagnosis is required. Individual sessions are appropriate for neurodivergent and neurotypical children, teens, and adults.
Is this only for parents?

How is this different from The Mindset Lab?
The Mindset Lab is a small-group, play-based program for kids and teens. Individual sessions are one-to-one and tailored to the person attending, whether that is a child, parent, or adult.
How many sessions do I need?
There is no fixed number. Some people come for short-term support during a challenging period. Others continue longer for ongoing skill practice. You decide what feels right.
What does a session look like?
Sessions may include conversation, movement, reflection, and practical exercises, adapted to age, comfort, and goals. Nothing is forced. Everything is responsive.
Is this a long-term commitment?
No. There are no contracts or required minimums.
How do I get started?
