A few things people ask before registering

Is this for me if I'm not burned out, just busy?

Yes. These skills are most powerful before you hit the wall, not after. If you're juggling a lot and want to do it more sustainably, this is exactly where to start. 

What if I miss a Tuesday session?

The session runs every week, so you can register for the next one that works for you. Reach out if you want to know what dates are coming up.

Is this a one-time thing or part of a bigger program?

It works as a standalone session and it's also Level 1 of a deeper series. Many people start here and continue on their own schedule. There is no obligation to go further, and no hard sell at the end.

Can my employer pay for this?

Quite possibly. Many employers cover brain fitness and professional development through wellness or PD budgets. Ask your HR team before registering and we are happy to provide a certificate of completion, receipt or invoice.

I want to bring this to my whole team. Where do I start?

Book a discovery call. We will figure out the right format for your group size, goals, and timeline. Many organizations start with one 2-hour session and build from there.
