Brain BloomersTM 9-Week Enrichment Program
Rotate through all 9 themed based EF skills. Program delivered in 3-tiered learning model with 3 progressive levels per age group. Age groups available: 6-8, 9-11 and 12-14. Includes targeted tracking tools, materials and supports.

Strong Minds Calm Hearts Mindful Movement

6-Week Workshop: 1 x 45 Minute group class per week working on self-awareness, emotional regulation and impulse control through movement, breathwork and mindfulness. Take home practice resources provided. $120
